These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the LiveTranslator mobile application (“App”). These Terms are separate from Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which also applies to the App. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
LiveTranslator provides real-time speech and text translation powered by artificial intelligence. Features and functionality may change, improve, or be discontinued at any time without prior notice.
You must be able to form a legally binding agreement in your jurisdiction to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
LiveTranslator uses artificial intelligence to generate translations. Translations may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. The App is provided for general communication purposes only and should not be relied upon for legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical situations.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App. Access may be limited due to maintenance, updates, network issues, or third-party service availability.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LiveTranslator and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
